  • Breed Restrictions Apply: Pit Bulls/Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Cane Corsos are Not Allowed
  • Additionally, Rodents (Including Ferrets) are Not Allowed

  • What are your office hours?

    North Woods is open Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30pm-4pm, and closed on Sunday.
  • What is the required security deposit?

    Our standard deposit is $750. Depending on your approval status, a higher deposit of $1,250, or 1 months rent may be required.
  • What does the restoration fee cover?

    The Restoration Fee is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process and is due upon approval. It will convert into a Restoration Fee upon execution of the lease agreement. At move out, the Restoration Fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment.
  • Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly property and we charge a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet, $450 for two pets, and $600 for three pets. There is $25 monthly pet rent per pet and we also offer a leash-free “Bark Park” where your furry friends can play all day.
  • Which utilities are included?

    North Woods residents pay a monthly flat rate utility fee to offset the cost of water, sewer, trash, and gas heat. The utility fee is $122 for a 1 Bedroom, $150 for a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, $ 175 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 Bath and $180 for a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath. Residents are responsible for electricity and cable/internet/phone services.
  • Who provides telephone, internet, and cable?

    Comcast and Century Link are the providers of cable, Internet, and telephone services in this area. Satellite television is an option for select apartment homes, which have the necessary view for signal to be acquired. Installation restrictions and renter's insurance requirements do apply to satellite subscribers.
  • What school district are you in?

  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Each apartment will recieve 1 parking sticker per bedroom with the option to obtain additional stickers. We have ample guest parking to accomodate for any visitors you may have.
  • How far are you from public transportation?

    The Charlottesville Transit Service (CTS) has a stop directly in front of our property, so there is convenient access to the city bus at all times.
  • What amenities does North Woods offer?

    We have a business center and fitness center, both open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the convenience of our residents. We also have a swimming pool, playground, and bark park onsite.
